MAGNALIUM LUMPS

These are the solid pieces of Magnesum & Aluminium Alloys which are brittle in nature and can be convertable in small pieces like sugar particles and it is the first phase of Magnalium. The solid pieces are casting of Magnesium & Aluminium Alloy. Bright Industries is manufacturing the Magnalium LUMPS of 10 types on the basis of raw material used of various types of Magnesium.

These are the particles made from Grinding & crushing the LUMPS very safely with precautions with absorbing ignited.

Codes

These are the types classified on the basis of size of the particle.
These are following types:

  • Code 1214 – (12 mesh to14 mesh)
  • Code 1416 - (14 mesh to 16 mesh)
  • Code 1620 - (16 mesh to 20 mesh)
  • Code 2024 – (20 mesh to 24 mesh)
  • Code 2430 – (24 mesh to 30 mesh)
  • Code 3040 – (30 mesh to 40 mesh)
  • Code 4050 – (40 mesh to 50 mesh)
  • Code 5060 – (50 mesh to 60 mesh)
  • Code 6070 – (60 mesh to 70 mesh)
  • Code 7980 – (70 mesh to 80 mesh)

This is to note down here that as per code no increase, the size of particles becomes smaller than smaller.

MAGNALIUM POWDERS

Magnalium powders are prepared by further crushing and grinding mechanically of particles which are brittle in nature. The grinding is done with assuming all precautions in absorbing of oxygenless atmosphere in presence of Native gases and vacuum. The quality of powders are same as the type of particles. Quality was crushed and grinded. The all type of powder are classified in various size of this molecules on the bases of mesh sizes which are classified as under.
